Edie is such a lovely young lady. She is so eager to please and is so much like her grandma. I love showing her as she really likes the show ring. We hope to finish her AKC Championship soon as she has 14 points with one major. She started her ASCA show career with a bang in December of 2002 going WB for 5 points, BOW and BOB over specials! Thank you Judge Pat Jensen. She has done very well in the performance arenas, earning her herding titles with ease and enthusiasm. Anyone who says show dogs don't have herding drive has never seen this girl on sheep. She is a blur! She does agility and obedience with the same willingness and joy.
Edie is also lovingly co-owned with LeeAnn Snyder-Martin. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful co-owner. LeeAnn has allowed me to pursue developing this special girl into the all around dog that I try to breed for.
I am particularly proud that she is OFA Excellent! Edie is my first homebred to achieve this.
Edie's only litter, with Ch Aladdin's Feel the Fyre, arrived in September 2007, and they are just now a year old. Both Wire and Allie have already made major accomplishments in the conformation ring - before they were a year old!
